Scott Fischer — Owner and Chief Executive Officer
Scott Fischer grew up in Columbus, Ohio and relocated to Fort Myers twenty years ago. He has worked in the motorsports industry since he was 15, starting as a lot porter at Classic Cycles in Columbus, Ohio. Scott has developed an extensive understanding of the industry by working in the service, parts, sales and operations of the business. Scott has four locations; two in Florida, one in Alabama and one in New Mexico. He has been successful by understanding that the way to sustain thriving business is to take care of the customer; both internal and external. Scott's real focus now is working on the continued growth and strength of his company through the application of Organizational Health in the company, in the various industry organizations of which he is a member and in the community. He is constantly looking for new ways to make the entire company the strongest group of motorcycle stores in the country.
John Greene - Partner
John hails from Escanaba, Michigan but grew up in Denver, Colorado and is an alumna of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a BA in International Business. John has over 20 years of experience in retailing, training and consulting, 10 of which are specifically in the motorcycle industry as a consultant and operational leader. He joined Scott Fischer Enterprises in 2005 as the General Manager and partner of Thunderbird Harley-Davidson in Albuquerque, New Mexico and in 2011 relocated to Southwest Florida to become a partner in SFE. John’s focus is on branding and marketing to maintain a consistent look and feel in all our locations and build on the strength of Organizational Health. He loves all that Southwest Florida has to offer and enjoys spending time with friends.
Peri A. Bluemer — Director of Human Resources
Peri A. Bluemer has been in the field of Human Resources and Training for over 18 years. Prior to joining the SFE team Peri was in the automotive dealership business. She prides herself in the area of people development – every organization starts with the people. Peri is dedicated to ensuring that every employee at SFE has what she calls the “BEST JOB EVER” experience. Strategic long term planning, fiscal responsibility and a strong grasp on what makes employees truly happy and productive is what she brings to the picture. Peri is originally from Holland, Michigan and she graduated from The Ohio State University.
Kimberly Haskins — Chief Financial Officer
Originally from West Virginia, Kimberly has over 30 years of business and financial management experience. She started in the automotive industry in high school working as a weekend receptionist, and in just 10 years, became a Controller working with large automotive dealer groups. In 1996, she went on to become the CFO for Budget Rent a Car of Southwest Florida, which had 8 locations in Lee, Charlotte and Collier County, eventually becoming a minority owner in the business. The business was successfully sold to Cendant Corporation in 2005. She is now proud to part of the Scott Fischer Enterprises team and honored to work for such a dynamic, forward thinking company and loves the excitement of the motorcycle industry. Cash management, strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, responsible accounting and auditing are some of the tools that she uses to keep the company in a strong financial position. South Fort Myers is her home with her husband, Jay and their three dogs. Together they have two boys and two girls, ages 25 – 21, and a much loved grandson.
Diana Daniels — Warranty Administrator
Diana grew up in Northern California. While in college, Diana started in her automotive career in San Francisco at a Austin Healey/MG restoration shop as a secretary were she quickly got bored and learn to do upholstery. Adventure caught her eye and she traveled the country as an independent owner/operator 3 years before settling down in Connecticut where she returned to the automotive profession and spent the next 25 years learning every aspect of service from dispatch to service director, always striving to provide exceptional customer service. Tired of the cold, Diana moved to Southwest Florida in October of 2005 and joined our family at Fort Myers Harley-Davidson as a service writer. Because of her passion for processes, within a year, she was tasked to manage all factory and aftermarket warranties for both the Fort Myers store and Naples Harley-Davidson. Due to her abilities and enthusiasm to master tasks so quickly and accurately she was added to the SFE team with her focus on training and administering the warranty and Preferred Service programs for all our locations while cascading Organizational Health. Diana’s true passion is riding her motorcycle and spending quality time with her love and soul mate Greg.
Lucia "Cia" Sherman - Executive Assistant
Lucia was born in Washington, DC, and grew up in a small town in Northern Virginia. In the company and to her friends, she’s known as Cia. After graduating from college she moved to Atlanta and worked as the HR Manager and Staff Accountant for a non profit residential treatment facility for abused teens. During her time there, she earned her Masters in Global Management and moved on to work for a multinational cable company. There, she was the lead administrator for the Northern and Southwestern regions of the United States. In 2007, her husband was offered a position which moved them to Southwest Florida. She joined the SFE team in 2008 and has never looked back. Cia enjoys the unique culture and environment of Scott Fischer Enterprises and looks forward to a long career here. She is an avid soccer player, wife of a local firefighter and proud mother of two boys.
Brittany Curtis - Human Resources Coordinator
Brittany is a local graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University and has been living in the Fort Myers area for over six years now. Prior to college she lived all over the world, giving her the amazing ability to experience many different cultures. She decided to go into the field of Human Resources due to her love of working with people and wanting to make a difference in their lives. Brittany started off her HR career in the hospitality industry at top rated resorts in the Fort Myers/Naples area. She has been with Scott Fischer Enterprises for over a year. Her primary focus has been providing the best possible benefit experience to our employees. She is a strong advocate of employee satisfaction. Brittany loves the opportunity she has to work with such a great group of people in such a fun and exciting industry!
