Scott Fischer grew up in Columbus, Ohio and relocated to Fort Myers twenty years ago. He has worked in the motorsports industry since he was 15, starting as a lot porter at Classic Cycles in Columbus, Ohio (Scott bought the dealership back years later—you know that dealership as Motorsports of Columbus). Scott has developed an extensive understanding of the industry by working in the service, parts, sales and operations of the business. Scott is the sole owner of five dealerships and has partners in Rocket (Principal—Pat Patton) and Thunderbird (Principal—John Greene). Scott has been successful by understanding that the way to sustain success is to take care of the customer, both internal and external. Scott's real focus now is working on the Organizational Health Strategies. He is constantly looking for new ways to make the entire company the strongest group of motorsports dealerships in the country. |
Wolf Tschaikowsky led a whole other life before he went into the accounting field. He was a traveling Engineer and lived all over the world. Wolf went into accounting after graduating from the University of South Florida. Wolf developed a relationship with Scott's dealerships by providing his CPA services for the dealerships. He officially joined Scott's team five years ago. When Wolf joined Scott he brought with him a high level of technological savvy and accountability—he made it easier for everyone to actually see what was going on at the dealership level—the "Graph Man" made us all smarter. Wolf's focus is on the numbers of the business—where have we been, what are we doing and where should we be going?

Diana grew up in Northern California. While in college, Diana started in her automotive career in San Francisco at a Austin Healey/MG restoration shop as a secretary were she quickly got bored and learn to do upholstery. Adventure caught her eye and she traveled the country as an independent owner/operator 3 years before settling down in Connecticut where she returned to the automotive profession and spent the next 25 years learning every aspect of service from dispatch to service director, always striving to provide exceptional customer service. Tired of the cold, Diana moved to Southwest Florida in October of 2005 and joined our family at Harley-Davidson of Fort Myers as a service writer. Because of her passion for processes, within a year, she was tasked to manage all factory and aftermarket warranties for both the Fort Myers store and Naples Harley-Davidson. Her abilities and enthusiasm to master tasks so quickly and accurately opened a new door and in November 2007, she was asked to join the MSS team and partnership with Fixed Operations. Her focus is to promote the processes and training in parts and service for all the dealerships while cascading Organizational Health. Diana’s true passion is riding her motorcycle and spending quality time with her love and soul mate Don. |
